The breakfast was excellent and I adored the view from my room, which made my early morning coffee even better as I planned my day of explorations. if you enjoy scenic strolls through urban parks, you'll love being just a short walk from Dupont Park and the Medal of Honor Heritage Center, both perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. the hotel has clean rooms and ample parking that makes it convenient for those driving in but could use a bit of maintenance in some areas like the hallways.

we stayed here a few times n love it! they really welcomed our dog which was great for us. the breakfast was amazin, with eggs, biscuits, n sausage gravy. our stay this year was even better than last! staff made us feel at home n helped us with anything we needed.

the hallway carpets could use a good clean n the caulking in the showers was a bit rough. we had a couple minor issues but overall it was still a great stay.

The lobby area was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, making it a welcoming place for seniors. I appreciated how accessible everything was, allowing me to navigate easily without any obstacles during my stay.

A ramp to the side entrance would be helpful.

Request a room away from the road to minimize noise. it really enhances your stay.

The property was well-maintained. The breakfast options were diverse and fresh, making mornings enjoyable. The pool was a highlight, clean and ready for use. Calli, our hostess, was exceptional. she genuinely cared about our experience and provided helpful recommendations.

However, the hallways could use a thorough cleaning.

Great hotel for a group trip! We loved the indoor pool and had fun at the nearby Santa Cruz Surfing Museum. Breakfast was solid, too. Just be aware, the hotel sign can be hard to spot when you first arrive, so keep an eye out!

We had a hiccup with the cleanliness of the hallways. There was trash and crumbs on the carpet, which was pretty off-putting at first.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, where the staff was incredibly welcoming, especially towards my dog. The complimentary breakfast had a fantastic variety, including fresh fruits and hearty options like eggs and sausage. The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring Chattanooga. My only concern was the limited parking availability, which could be an issue during busy times.

I stayed for 3 nights while attending a tennis tournament in Chattanooga. The staff was really welcoming and made my dog feel comfortable, which was a huge plus since it was his first hotel experience. I enjoyed the breakfast options—lots of variety and everything was tasty. However, the room could have used a bit more attention to detail in cleaning.

The indoor pool was a significant hit with the kids, providing a great way for them to unwind after the long drive. Breakfast offered a nice variety, especially the waffles and muffins, which we enjoyed. However, the experience was dampened by insufficient parking lot lighting and a noisy room next to the breakfast area that woke us up at 5:30 AM. The mattresses in our room could definitely use some replacement as they felt worn and uncomfortable.

We had a great experience staying at the hotel while evacuating from Hurricane. The staff was like family, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our six-day stay. My kids loved the outdoor pool, and our dog felt welcome too!

In my wife’s opinion, the pull-out bed could be vastly improved for sleep quality. It was uncomfortable for the kids, making their overnight stay less than ideal. A better mattress would make family trips more enjoyable.
